For centuries, women have gathered in sacred circles from ancient “red tents” where they shared stories, wisdom, and laughter, to moonlit lodges where they held each other through life’s cycles. These were spaces of healing, connection, and joy.

 

Bloom Retreat is a modern reflection of this timeless sisterhood: a gentle pause from the noise, a space to reconnect with your inner rhythm, discover lasting connections, and rest deeply in nature.

About Bloom Retreat

A 4-day women’s retreat designed as a space for women to step out of routine and return to themselves. Much like a flower that blooms when nurtured with care, this program creates the conditions for women to flourish, to feel strong in their bodies, clear in their minds, connected to their hearts, and empowered in their choices. Set in a beautiful natural resort in Goa, Bloom offers a mix of sessions around wellness, creativity, connection, and financial freedom helping women rediscover balance, purpose, and belonging. It’s a journey for those who once dreamed big but now feel stuck or disconnected. We offer a chance to reset inner rhythm, rekindle confidence, and bloom into the fullest expression.

Blossoming Forward

Start with a morning gratitude practice, an ancient, science-backed way to boost positivity and resilience. Celebrate your transformation in a closing circle, anchoring your growth and connecting with your community. You leave with a lasting change that makes you feel lighter, clearer, and deeply rooted, ready to bloom wherever you go.

Day 3 

Purpose & Wealth

Today is about alignment with your purpose, your values, and your vision of an abundant life. Explore your Ikigai, the Japanese art of understanding how your beliefs around money and success shape your reality. As the sun sets, we gather by the pool for movement, music, and dance, celebrating freedom, joy, and the beauty of being alive.

Day 2 

Rooted to Rise

Today, we shed the layers that hold you back-with grace. You’ll learn to move from reaction to response, from fear to trust, from self-doubt to confidence. Through neurochange practices, you’ll gently rewire limiting beliefs, create new mental patterns, and strengthen the pathways that support confidence, clarity, and aligned action.

Day 1

Anchor

Arrive, exhale, and leave the noise of everyday life behind, let your body release all the city energy. We begin with a welcome circle to connect, share, and set the energy for our days together. Through grounding meditation and breathwork, you’ll center yourself and release the tension carried from the outside world.Open your heart and senses with a sacred cacao ceremony.

    • Bloom is designed for women who have been giving to everyone else and are ready to give back to themselves.
      It’s for professionals, caregivers, creatives, or anyone craving balance, clarity, and a deeper sense of purpose.

    • No previous experience with yoga, meditation, or retreats is required only openness to growth and connection.

  • Not at all. All sessions movement, yoga, and breath work  are designed for beginners and guided gently.
    You can participate at your own pace, rest when you need, and follow what feels right for your body.

  • Transformation often arrives in quiet, simple ways — through shared laughter, creative expression, or stillness.
    You’ll experience:

    • Yoga and mindfulness inspired by Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras

  • The shared room option (₹40,000) offers double occupancy  perfect if you enjoy community energy and connection.
    The private room option (₹47,500) gives you your own serene space for quiet rest and reflection.
    All experiences and inclusions remain the same.

  • All meals are sattvik, vegetarian, and freshly prepared by Poshan, our partner kitchen.
    Expect wholesome, light, nourishing food that supports clarity, energy, and balance.
    Vegan or dietary preferences can be shared with us in advance. 

  • Our venue is a peaceful nature resort surrounded by greenery, about 30–45 minutes from North Goa’s main areas.
    You’ll receive the exact location and directions once your spot is confirmed.

  • Preparing for Bloom is about arriving open  not perfect. A few small steps can help you ease into the experience fully:

    • Pack light and comfortably. Choose loose, breathable clothing that allows you to move and relax with ease.

    • Bring swimwear if you’d like to enjoy the beach or the resort pool.

    • Set an intention for your journey — something you’d like to release, rediscover, or simply make peace with.

    • Unplug and unwind. Try to limit phone use and external demands; give yourself permission to be fully present.

    • Come with openness, curiosity, and self-compassion. Transformation unfolds gently when you allow it.

    • Even small preparations help you arrive grounded, so you can step into Bloom’s restorative rhythm with ease.

Lead Facilitator – Mind, Body & Soul Circles

A certified Life Coach, Neuro Change Practitioner, and Clinical Hypnotherapist with additional training in Mindfulness practices and Restorative Yoga. Born in Delhi, she has lived in multiple countries including the USA and UK, and now calls New Zealand home. She also holds an MBA, bringing a strong business and strategic perspective to her coaching practice.
